B + M: A family company<\/h2>\n

Baustoff + Metall company was established in 1953.\u00a0 In 1976, Dr. Wolfgang Kristinus became its general manager, and in 1983 the entire ownership of the company was transferred to Kristinus family.<\/p>\n

Currently, the company owns seven factories in Austria, Germany, Serbia and Hungary. The Baustoff+Metall Group is present in 14 countries at European level, with 7 modern production units, 125 commercial units and distribution platforms and over 2400 employees.<\/p>\n

Since 2015, Dr. Wolfgang Kristinus’ family has also become the sole owner of the Kristinus Borbirtok vineyard, one of Hungary’s largest wine-producing units, which also serves as a superregional events center.<\/p>\n
