Given the very difficult situation regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), we are working to protect the health of our employees and our entire environment as much as possible in order to reduce further expansion.
the majority of our employees were instructed to work from home as far as possible. We have switched to emergency service.
Our field service or the colleagues from the logistics area can of course still be reached under the known mobile numbers or in the branch itself, in order to maintain normal operation as far as possible.
You can take orders in the usual way, by phone or e-mail.
We will handle customer stock pickups as follows:
- Pickups are only possible after prior telephone or written order.
- Personal customer contact should be avoided as far as possible on the entire company premises. The minimum distance of 1,5 m must be observed.
- The goods are provided by our team of warehouse staff who have a great experience that the contact between clients and our staff to be minimized.
For deliveries by our B + M trucks, please allow the necessary distance or the necessary care. Contact should be avoided as much as possible and we ask for driver support. Depending on the production location, delivery commitments to factory deliveries can only be made to a limited extent. Even promised delivery dates can result in delays as a result of the restrictions.
The situation is currently being assessed daily in close coordination with the recommendations of the Federal Government and the Chamber of Commerce and can therefore change at short notice. We’ll keep you up to date!
These massive cuts in our everyday life are uncomfortable, but essential to protect us and our fellow human beings.
